The Flint Public Art Project is #FlintFwd personified. They have taken bits and pieces of overlooked concrete and have turned them into beautiful, thoughtful pieces of art throughout the entire City. Not only do they work with local artists and businesses, but they have grabbed the attention of Artists nationally and internationally alike.
One of my favorite things to do over the years has been to wake up early on a Sunday morning and to tour the city to see if I can spot and snap pictures of any new murals that have popped up.
We have the opportunity to directly support our city and its beautification. And the awesome part is, we'll be getting a piece of this moment in time to keep in return. A moment in time that we'll get to share and be proud to have supported.
