WXC 95 Halloween Havoc delivers exciting Fight Night in Flint





Flint, Mi - On Friday, October 25, 2024, the Dort Financial Center hosted WXC and the WXC 95 Halloween Havoc pay-per-view. The fight card featured athletes across various weight classes, with both seasoned professionals and new talent stepping into the cage.


Jacob "Showtime" Scott v Jesse Bazzi


In the highly anticipated main event, undefeated Jacob "Showtime" Scott (7-0-0) extended his perfect record, defeating the experienced Jesse Bazzi (13-12-0) by decision. Scott's relentless pressure and sharp technique allowed him to control the fight, securing his seventh consecutive win in a dominant performance.


Abbas Abasov v Jeremy Henry


Abbas Abasov (4-0-0) continued his rise in the featherweight division with an impressive submission victory over Jeremy Henry (7-3-0). Abasov’s ground game was on full display as he forced Henry to tap out, maintaining his unbeaten streak and solidifying his position as a fighter to watch in the featherweight division.


Randi Field v Kyna Sission


Randi Field (5-1-0) showcased her dominant skills in the women's strawweight division, defeating Kyna Sisson (4-7-0). Field’s superior striking gave her the edge throughout the fight, leading to victory. Randi won by way of TKO.


Lance Bishop v John Croak


Lance Bishop II (1-0-0) made an impressive professional debut by earning a decision victory over John Croak Jr. (0-2-0). Bishop, displaying great composure, edged out Croak throughout the match, earning the decision. Croak did go the distance for the entire bout!


Other Highlights:


  • Jacob Wiggins (3-0-0) continued his undefeated streak, winning by rear naked chokehold over Mike Thompson (4-7-0)

  • Aaron Ward (1-0-0) defeated opponent Keaton Gatzmer in a 12 second match ending in knockout (0-4-0)

  • Devin Thomas (3-1) defeated opponent Gavin Bonadonna (4-1) in a 5 Round decision

  • Fawzi Alsaghir (3-1) defeated opponent Olando Washington (2-3) in 5 rounds for the Amateur Welterweight Championship.


Closing thoughts


The WXC 95 card solidified several fighters as rising stars while allowing others to rebound from setbacks. Each athlete is still looking to climb the rankings with both Jake Scott and Randi Field looking for fights in the UFC.


Do yourself a favor and watch the next WXC PPV either online or in person. To say they put on a great event, is an understatement. The Owner Michael Pedenelli takes great pride in putting out action packed events, and the fighters are World Class looking to make a name for themselves.
